As she navigates her world professionally as a wife, mother and a Registered Nurse and businesswomen, she found comfort in her god to assist her; for others, it may Jesus, lord or reliance on their spirituality to make them whole

Sylvia waited so many years to write this, and you can tell it was worth the wait. The chapter “Delay Is Not Denial” really comforted me because I am waiting on some prayers right now. It reminded me that God is preparing me, not rejecting me. The writing is very easy to understand and feels very genuine. I highly recommend it if anyone feeling impatient with life.
It is not just sweet words; it is raw and true. Sylvia talks about being an angry woman and how she had to shred her first draft of the book because she was not healed yet. That takes so much courage to admit. Her healing journey is a testament to God’s grace. I am so inspired by her honesty. Definitely adding this to my favorites shelf.
